Return / Exchange Eligibility
We offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund, exchange, or return of any kind.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Items will only be replaced or exchanged if they are defective or damaged, and such issues are reported within the return window.

Return / Exchange Process
If your return or exchange request is accepted:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
- After a successful quality check, your return or exchange will be processed according to our policy.
- If approved, the refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method, or the replacement product will be dispatched.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return period will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
