Return / Exchange Eligibility

We offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund, exchange, or return of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. The item must be in its original packaging.
  3. Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Items will only be replaced or exchanged if they are defective or damaged, and such issues are reported within the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

Return / Exchange Process

If your return or exchange request is accepted:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
  • After a successful quality check, your return or exchange will be processed according to our policy.
  • If approved, the refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method, or the replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return period will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
